Lets take a look at the announcements from apple in this month's event.
Apple watch - Watch OS2 and Hermes
Hermes:
Apple in collaboration with high-end fashion house Hermes creates an entirely new
collection that is featuring hand-stitched leather straps and a special
watch face. The new collection will be available in October and the price is not announced yet.
Watch OS 2:
The operating system on apple watch is getting an upgrade with watch OS2.
Following are some of the features introduced in watch OS2.
Sensors and controls:
The Digital Crown will provide
functionality beyond zooming in and out. Rotating the crown will let you
"Time Travel" showing various events up to 72 hours into the future or
past events, right on the watch face. Weather and news headlines are
also some of the features time travel work with.
Tether-less WIFI:
Apple Watch will be able to connect to open Wi-Fi networks without needing to connect to your iPhone first!
Watch faces: Apple has announced there would be around 10 new watch faces.
Email replies:
Just like text messages, you'll be able to reply directly from your wrist with voice dictation, emojis and smart responses.
Complications:
The new "complications" or information in the
various watch faces will be able to display third party apps. Flight
times, home controlled systems with Homekit devices can be accessed from
your wrist, your electric car charge information and more should show
up as options when OS 2 is released. The complications can be changed on
the Modular face along with the majority of the other faces.
Ipad PRO and Apple Pencil and Ipad Mini 4:
Apple has refreshed the iPad and it is huge! The new iPad pro brings
a slightly larger screen at 12.9 inches to accommodate gaming, entertainment, a
full-size software keyboard and a multi-tasking tool.
iPad Pro’s packing 2732 x 2048 pixels screen real estate, making 5.6 million
pixels in total. That’s even denser than a MacBook Pro with Retina display,
says Apple’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing Phil Schiller.
iPad Pro runs on the new A9x 64-bit chip that is 1.8 X faster than the
previous generation, with a display that features variable refresh rate.
Apple says iPad Pro boasts ~ 10 hours of battery life per charge, it measures
6.9 mm thin, weighs around 1.5 pounds and has a 8 mega pixel camera.
With the iPad Pro also comes a smart keyboard accessory that attaches to the
tablet magnetically.
There is no additional connectors required to connect to the keyboard.
Apple’s also releasing a stylus to go along with the device called the Apple Pencil
, which charges via a Lightning port. You can use
the stylus to mark up emails, images and others directly via select iOS apps.
Microsoft and Adobe presented demos with their apps on the new iPad pro with
Apple pencil.
The iPad Pro starts at $799 for a Wi-Fi version with 32GB of
memory, $949 for Wi-Fi with 128GB, and $1,079 for 128GB with Wi-Fi and
cellular data. The Apple Pencil is $99 and the keyboard is $169 and are all
available in November.
Apple also announced an update in the iPad mini-series Ipad mini4 available
at $399.
Apple TV with Siri and a remote with trackpad
Apple CEO Time Cook said “we believe the future of television is apps” while
introducing the new Apple TV.
As previously rumored, the new Apple TV
will include a Siri voice control feature and a
touch-capable remote that also acts as a gaming controller. You can ask Siri to
find content based on categories, titles and she can sort results
by popularity and where content is available to stream.
You can access Apple Photo and Music on the streaming device. The Bluetooth
4.0 remote allows you to swipe quickly to scroll past results, or slowly
to hover over a title card to learn more. The swiping feature also works as
fast-forward during playback, or you can ask Siri to skip ahead or rewind. The
remote charge lasts for about 3 months.
Those playing games on their iOS devices can also transfer their games over
to the Apple TV seamlessly.
Iphone 6S and 6S plus and iOS 9:

The iPhone 6S and 6S plus were announced. The more durable iPhone has 7000
series aluminum and integrates a new 3D touch technology which enables new gestures, such as
holding an app icon for shortcut to various actions or using a hard
press to preview links. 3D touch technology can be used for apps like
email for previewing and opening emails on force touch.
The iPhone 6s and 6s Plus come with the new A9 chip – 70 percent faster at
CPU tasks and 90 percent faster for graphic tasks than the previous
model. iOS 9 will come standard with News and Apple Music app. Current
iPhone users can download iOS 9 on September 16.
There’s also a new “Hey Siri” integration that lets you speak the prompt to
bring up Siri instead of holding the home button. The camera now has a 12MP iSight
shooter – with 50 percent more pixels and faster auto-focus. It can shoot 4K
videos as well but with base storage of 16GB and shooting with 4K you might run
out of storage soon

iPhone 6s’ new camera also includes a live photos features that combines a series of photos to create
a GIF-like effect when you hold down an image. You don’t have to do anything
special to create Live Photos, the software can create Live Photos by capturing
pictures 1.5 seconds before and after the image, along with current
sound. Apple will release a Live Photos API for third party developers.
iPhone 6s and 6s Plus will go for the same prices as the original iPhone 6 –
starting at $199 for 16GB iPhone 6s and $299 for 16GB iPhone 6s Plus.Also a new color is available in rose gold in addition to space grey,gold and silver.
